Simon's Ultra Craze Challenge : Menu of the Day

It was Simon's maiden Ultra-Marathon. I reckoned it would help to give him some TLC. To support Simon in this first attempt, I prepared and delivered the followings :


Breakfast Menu

Baked Potatoes with Bacon Bits
Energy Supplements

Lunch Menu

Assorted Sandwiches 
Baked Potatoes
Hot Coffee (in thermal flask)
Coke
Sugared Packet Drinks
Bottled Isotonic Drinks

Toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwich
Toasted Sardine & Onions Sandwich
Chilled Drinks

Dinner Menu

Steaming Hot Fried Rice
Hot Fried Nuggets
Coke
Sugared Packet Drinks

Steaming Hot Fried Rice
Hot Fried Nuggets

Energy Snacks (other than energy gels)

Individually packed Raisins

Raisins re-packed into small portions for easy consumption. Surprisingly, raisins seemed to be an effective energy source for Simon.

Recovery Menu (Day After)

Bee Hoon (Vermicelli) Soup

Packing and Delivery

Blue Bag : Clothing & Towels for Simon
Silver Bag : Chilled Drinks
Red Bag : Hot Food
Everything individually packed and wrapped for ease of consumption

Although I was unable to run with Simon, I was happy to have prepared all I could for him and wait for him at various checkpoints (including Start Point and End Point). 

These were the least I could do for him.
